STRESS! Everyone has it, but how do we overcome it? Forty years of scientific research has shown how mindfulness-based approaches are highly effective ways of dealing with stress. What is mindfulness? Here is a clip to explain.

Mindfulness training will support and guide you to learn simple, clinically proven, secular mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and enable you to feel calmer, happier and more peaceful. You will be introduced to accessible, non-dogmatic approaches that work and are suitable for anyone keen to improve their quality of life.

No prior experience of yoga, mindfulness or meditation is required. Mindfulness instruction will focus on simple awareness practices, tools and techniques. No physical yoga postures will be practised. You can practice sitting in a chair or lying down; you will not be expected to sit cross-legged on the floor unless you want to.
