Welcome to Jacqui Yoga! This is the site of Jacqui Barnett, British Wheel of Yoga teacher. Jacqui runs Yoga classes and teaches one-to-one Yoga sessions in the Northamptonshire area.

Yoga is an enjoyable way to improve core strength, muscle tone, flexibility, posture, health, mental focus and well-being. Yoga is also a great way to reduce stress and tension. Classes are good fun, friendly, non-competitive and suitable for men and woman of all abilities - including beginners.
